Joe Denneler is this years featured speaker. Mr. Denneler is a nationally recognized home inspection attorney and consultant to major home inspection insurance carriers. A dynamic speaker, Mr. Denneler will discuss the ever-changing legal aspects of our profession.
Special guest speaker Ann Petit, superintendent of Real Estate for the State of Ohio will provide the latest information regarding the licensing program for home inspectors in Ohio.
